Beauty Sales
Consultants

As a Beauty Sales Advisor you should have a great passion and product knowledge within the beauty industry. Your main focus is to boosts the sales of the brands represented You should know and reach the targets. You must have a perfect product and skin knowledge in order to be able to make a diagnostic and give the proper recommendation to the customer. In every meeting with costumers you should link and cross sell products between segments and be able to apply "flash make-up" to boost make-up sales. Manage stocks at all times to avoid out of stocks (products, testers, gifts, POS material). Establish a good relationship with the generic staff, promoters and heads of perfumery to motivate them into selling our brands.

 

Requirements

  • A minimum om 2-years sale experience from retail sales within the beauty industry. 
  • A degree in make up or a CIDESCO approved skin care-therapist is a big plus. 

Promotion
Hosts

As a Promotion Host you should have a great passion and product knowledge within the beauty industry. Your main focus is to boosts the sales of the brands represented You should know and reach the targets.

Merchandising
Control

Merchandisers ensure that products appear in the right store, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. This involves working closely with the buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance. Merchandisers play a key role within retail, as profits can be affected by how successfully they undertake their work.


Train employees in their job duties to ensure smooth and continuous operations of branch office. Interview and recruit new candidates when necessary. Maintain employee attendance records and leave reports. Assist in implementing new policies and procedures to meet business goals. Manage performance evaluation and appraisals for employees. Perform uniform distribution and locker assignment for employees. Develop safe, positive and achievement-oriented working environment. Implement production plans in accordance with the approved schedule. Monitor ongoing work, identify problems and find remedies. Initiate continuous improvements of procedures and technology for operating excellence. Respond to the customer’s questions and complaints in a timely manner. Develop behavioral and disciplinary standards for employees. Supervise the daily operations of branch office. Ensure employees follow safe work practices and company standards.
